Trying to get this show on the road!

Sadly,
I just about forgot about this little piece of heaven.
To keep up I have decided to try out a

It shall be as follows!:

Test farts.

As you may or may not know; I am a student
at Angelo State University.
I have been hopelessly studying for a test all day...
A math test. Math tests have a way of pushing out my greatest
brain farts of all time. But, it got me to thinking about something
I do every time I have a test.
I have never really had a problem with test anxiety until I got to
college. Maybe it has something to do with the diffuculty level
or the fact that one bad test grade can ruin your chance of passing the class.
Resulting in more cash and time out of your pocket!
Anyways, something I started doing a while back to help with the
little anxiety bug fluttering in my tummy is to dress up on test day.
I know, I know,...who cares what you look like in college?
You're considered dressed up if you don't show up to class in
last night's work out clothes!! Oh,...college.
But, I'm serious! It helps with my confidence if I spend some extra time on
my hair, face and attire for the day of the test.
You may be thinking, "why not spend that extra time studying?!"
Well, I do study long and hard for these tests, but there is such
thing as OVER studying! Give your brain time to process what you've
been shoving down it's throat. During that process time, wash your hair
and put on some make up!
When I dress up, I have more confidence in myself, (not that I'm one
to care what others think) but If I know I look good, it puts
a beat in my step and my confidence shoots up.
Now, if you go to your test with any kind of confidence pumping through
your arteries, you are likely to have more confidence about the test.
No, a pretty blouse and some blush aren't going to make you pass the test,
but it helps with that anxiety bug, I guarantee it.
For me, this is a fact!
So, my test is in an hour and half! Plenty of time for me to wash my hair
and find some clean clothes!
Next time you have something that is causing some anxiety, take a
step back and ask yourself, "What is something that will give
me more confidence and ease these jitters?" Try it, I promise it will
help with the brain farts!

Inspiration: You.

A quote I try really hard to remember is,
"Always be a first-rate version of yourself,
instead of a second-rate version of somebody else."
Judy Garland said it, and I don't think anyone else can quite
hit the nail on the head any better than that.
I am Hallie, and I strive to be the best person I can be.
Yes, other people influence us daily, but it comes down to being
 who you were put on this Earth to be;
 you.

Oh, and here's a picture of the beautiful Judy Garland.
For your enjoyment.
